Dr. Ajay K. Jain is a Full Professor of Organizational Design and Behavior at Management Development Institute Gurgaon. He has 13 years of teaching, research and training experience at national and international level. He is a visiting professor to several international universities including Aarhus University, Denmark, Lancaster University, the UK, IULM University, Italy, University of Free State, South Africa, IIM Lucknow etc.  He received research fellowships from School of Business and Social Sciences, Aarhus University (2012-2014) and Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (2003). He has earned his PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and has BA and MA from University of Lucknow in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and PGDPM from National Institute of Personnel Management, Kolkata. He teaches courses on Leadership and Organizational Design, Organization Transformation, Emotional Intelligence in Organization and Business Research Methods. He has published and presented 70 research articles in peer reviewed journals and conferences. He is a recipient of Best Paper Awards of National Academy of Psychology and serving on Editorial Board of several international journals. He is a widely traveled person and visited to almost 30 countries across the continents. He is a highly effective trainer and consultant to top class Indian and multinational organizations from Banking and Insurance sector, hospitality industry, Oil and Energy companies, manufacturing companies, Indian Police and Defense services and Indian government.
